Went to El Pingüino Saturday night for happy hour and it was fantastic. The drinks were on point—we both had excellent martinis, followed by oysters that were some of the best I’ve ever had. I went to El Pingüino about two weeks ago and absolutely loved that they offer happy hour seven days a week and it’s becoming a routine for us! The hours are 4–7 PM, plus a late-night happy hour from 10 PM to midnight. Their seafood happy hour is pretty simple they only offer one type of oyster but it was super fresh and delicious. Clean, lightly briny, and perfect with just a squeeze of lemon. And they have really great basque cheesecake!
