I wish I could say I had a good experience, as there aren't many of these left in Indiana, but I simply had a bad experience all around. Service was incredibly slow for a one person order, food received was incorrect. Didn't bother dealing with getting replacement food as the first round took so long. Unfortunately left feeling like I wasted my time and money. Cannot say I would recommend based on my experience.

I had a great experience at Jack in the Box! The food was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it. The staff and David were friendly, welcoming, and worked quickly even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean, and my order came out fast. It’s always nice to stop somewhere that’s consistent and provides good service. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Complete dead store. Couldn't be understood in drive thru. Had to come inside. I asked for a number two meal without pickle and had to repeat repeatedly That it was a medium and that I wanted jalapenos on the sandwich. Ordered my sandwich and also requested NO PICKLE and ADD JALAPEÑO. Guess what? No JALAPEÑO and extra pickles on BOTH sandwiches. The male manager can't understand his customers and service is slow. The 2 gentleman behind me also we're talking about how this location has gone downhill. This store used to be good. But recently all my experience are subpar and this time was beyond

Came here with complimentary coupons provided by corporate from a terrible experience at a different Jack in the Box. Ordered two #5 combos no onion specifically because my husband is allergic to onions. Got to windows and gave coupon to cashier. She said she couldn't take it because she didnt know how to ring them in. I asked her to please find someone that knew how. Waited while she called a manager on speaker phone and the manager explained that we got the coupons from complaining. Ouch. Got our order and pulled away and could already smell the onions.
