Apparently this is how Starbucks rewards customers who buy a coffee almost every day.. no every day to be exact!!! By handing them a dirty cup with their coffee not even made correctly!!! And when you call to ask about it all HANNAH can say is oh it must be the sharpie…..no it’s an ENTIRE DIRTY CUP YOURE STAFF HANDED OUT THE WINDOW! and I have timestamp on the photo to prove it was dirty at the time I received it! So … do better Starbucks on 31!!! I really enjoy the friendliest of this location so what was different about today? Laziness? Or carelessness????!!!

I ordered a medium hot latte through the drive-thru this morning, but it seems there was no espresso in it. It tasted like only frothy milk. Did he forget to add coffee?

Jessica is amazing! I couldn’t decide what I wanted, I told her I wanted a cold brew that was sweet. She suggested her favorite and it sounded delicious!! She even let me try it for free. She was super helpful and friendly, she absolutely made my day. I love Starbucks, but this is definitely the best location. Always excellent service. 😍☕️
