We came here 11/29/2025 for my mom's birthday and it was a phenomenal experience! We asked for a specific seat and got seated there with no issues whatsoever. We got drinks quickly and didn't once have to ask for refills as our server was completely all over it from start to finish. Hannah W. was friendly, respectful, attentive and efficient...I wish every server was like her! Our meals were perfectly and deliciously made and super hot when brought out. Food was great. Service was good. We had my nieces 18th birthday dinner here. We had 12-15 people. There wasn't a table big enough to accommodate,but we made it work. We sat at 2 separate tables because the tables are bolted to the floor so they can't be moved. My only real complaint is that it took over an hour to get our food after it was ordered. I've never waited for my food that long anywhere. No one ever said anything to us about why it was taking so long or even offered an apology. My sister in law tried reservations at haywood rd location and they didn't want to even try to accommodate

Only been a couple times so I won’t go too low with stars because both times the food was pretty good. However, the servers don’t seem to care and the cooks don’t know how or care to cook a steak correctly. 2 steaks were ordered. A 6 ounce sirloin medium and a 10 ounce medium rare. The 6 ounce was medium rare no big deal really. The 10 ounce came out medium well, almost well and had a bad charcoal like taste. The manager came out ( dressed like he was a customer lol) and chatted us up and got another one made. It came back out as a 6 ounce not a 10 ounce and was rare almost raw. We didn’t eve
