This store used to be one of the most popular locations on DoorDash, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill because of the employees. The pickup window that used to stay open after 10 PM no longer operates and is now closed. As a result, drivers have to go through the drive-thru to pick up orders, which takes much longer. Many customers end up receiving their food cold because of the extra wait time. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the overall service.

I don't always stop at Wendy's. Sometimes I'm headed home after a long day, the kids are negotiating world peace in the back seat, and my wife texts, "Grab something quick." That's usually how Wendy's ends up saving the evening. The burgers taste like actual beef, not something introduced to a cow at a networking event. The fries are consistently solid, the nuggets disappear before I make it out of the parking lot, and that Frosty has somehow survived every food trend known to mankind without changing a thing. This location got the order right, the staff was friendly, and the food came out

After 2 years of living in Greer and not a SINGLE time getting what we have ordered correctly Im so done. It is always late night. Pulled through around 10:45 this evening and ordered an asiago ranch chicken club. They asked spicy or not, which ive never been asked, but I very clearly clarified, not spicy. I get home with some kind of chicken sandwich with spicy chicken and no asiago cheese and no ranch. After a long work day, coming home with food i wont eat - yet paid for- was the last straw.

So there was a mixed girl at the drive thru last night who had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered at this location. She then called a guy to help her as she appeared to just not want to do her job. This individual needs to be placed on fries. I love this location but this is the second time I’ve experienced service like this from her and I come here often at least 3 times a week. Get rid of her are place her far away from customers.
