The poor girl behind the counter was scrambling because she was the only one working at the store at 2:47 PM when there are at least 5 people in the store, and more coming in and out. Despite the fact they were severely understaffed, the worker was polite and helpful. They need to be more generous with their staffing for the sake of their employees AND customers. This is a commonality in all of the locations owned by this franchisee. It’s sad to see so many faces come and go from these Dunkin’s but I suspect that the lack of staffing is one of the reasons why.

I wish I can rate without giving a star. The building is beautiful, love the renovations they made. Honestly they need an overhaul on new management and staff. Unsettling to witness arguments with the staff and unprofessional behavior. Swearing, talking on their cellphones, arguing with each other, and rude to customers. I tried to give them a chance several times, but at this point I’d rather take my business elsewhere. My coffee is never fully filled. Any time I order Uber, they never get the order right and are lazy to put cold drinks in the bags. The owners really need to reevaluate who th

Manager abuses his staff to the point that at times labor relations should get involved. The staff here are excellent they try and make everyone feel welcome sometimes slow but that’s only when it’s really busy never see the manager jump in and help during those times
