I recommend going to the McD over on Parsons and Broadway instead. The service here varies greatly depending on your luck. Some of the staff is rude, some friendly. Going through the drive-thru, the 2 lanes are not equally managed which leads to confusion on who ordered what. Check your receipt and bag before you leave! They also take orders and payments and then will tell you at pickup that they don't have the item. No refunds but they can substitute something of equal or lesser value. It’s so amazing how you can purchase a coffee and you don’t receive it ! They had it in stock, but they just deliberately ignore or forget about you and your order however small. All I ordered was one large black coffee . Easy right? Not for them. Even in the midst of a late breakfast rush this should’ve been a simple order to process and I used to work at McDonald’s so I’m qualified to talk about this too.

Terrible service. Terribly made food. Friday morning at 7am. Bought a bacon bagel with extra bacon. They put so much of that butter on my bagel sandwich. It's completely drenched. I will never stop at this location again for breakfast!!!

Okay I’ve ate here many times, and there has been lasting unresolved issues with my orders. No napkins, not being given my drink when dining in, and today my buddy found a hair in his French fry.
