Every time I come here, they leave out dipping sauce, straws, or cutlery, and have given me the wrong bag of food that had the receipt with a list of the right food on it. Just went through this evening and ordered two pretzel twists as a snack. Was given no sauce. This place is run by children and should be shut down. 3 on google but 1.9 on yelp. What a joke.

My sister and I just came by to order 2 drinks: she got a small and I got a large. They mixed up the small/large and when we let them know they said there’s nothing we can do that’s how you ordered it. My sister said I didn’t (she did not I definitely heard her order mine a large as I told her my order) and the lady literally said nope sorry I can’t do anything and ran away. This was kind of silly but also she ended up with way too much to drink and me not enough. There was literally no reason for us to lie about the mixup and could have been an easy fix but this was handled so unprofessionall

Accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot, left them my phone number, and they called me the next day to tell me they found it. I got it back with everything still in it. Other than that, the food and drinks are delicious!

Owners need to do maintenance on the order screens. They either do not work or it’s the employees not answering the call button. We waited 15 minutes and had to knock on the door to get any sort of service or response from anyone
