It’s been a while since we had a breakfast meeting at Bob Evans. We were quickly greeted, seated, and drink & simple orders taken. Approximately 25 minutes after coffee delivered, still no food, refills, or explanation. Finally went to kitchen area to check on our orders. Approx 5 min later our food arrived. All 3 hash brown orders were as hard as hockey pucks. Cannot believe they were handed out from kitchen as they even looked really nasty. Asked server for replacements and she quickly brought more out. Decent location, but they need a manager or someone roaming for customer service. Parting

So frustrating when you spend over $50 for dinner (pick up) and your order isn’t correct. My honey butter chicken had no butter or honey on and it was supposed to be on biscuit but was not. My husband ordered the Turkey and dressing dinner and the dressing wasn’t even edible. This happened the last time we ordered takeout but we decided to give them a second chance. We won’t be wasting our money there anymore.

Two of us went there for a quick, home cooked dinner. They have an $8.99 meal which is filling and cost conscious. I had breaded chicken which came with mashed potatoes and corn. My friend had a ham steak with potatoes and green beans. You got a choice of a roll or biscuit with butter. There were at least 4 choices on the menu for this deal. The food was tasty and satisfying. This was the first time we actually had dinner there. For the price, it was great! You can feed a family for that price!
