I usually come here every morning but lately they stay getting my simple order wrong. If I get a caramel coffee I dont get caramel in it. If I get a bacon and egg NO cheese, go figure they put cheese on it. I called the store today and was denied to speak to the manager by a female kid named Somaya whom was very rude on the phone. If I could rate this place and service less than a 1 star for the service especially today I would! If these kids don't wanna do their job the right way, then quit!

I ordered a drink with coffee milk and the receipt said that they added almond milk and when I got the Remade drink it tasted so Bland ! mind you, the drink was also supposed to include Vanilla swirl which is very sweet... I had to add so much splenda for it to taste like something. I do not recommend this location at all!

Im a regular here but for whatever reason lately this place sucks. They never have what I order and the donuts are stale. This place has gone downhill. I dont know if its staff thats new or what but it sucks big time.

The service was quick but in a way you can tell they wanted me to leave soon. Like when they are busy but this time I was the only car in the drive thru. I have been to this location before both inside and drive thru and my experience was pretty average. This time, albeit of the service, was pretty bad. I paid almost six dollars for a bunch of milk with caramel, barely any coffee. I ordered a medium iced latte. I am not talking about the ice melting. You know when they hand you the coffee and one look at the color and you know it will be bad? It was like that. Guess this is a hit or miss locat
