This was good! I got a scone which was really yummy and a chai latte which was also good but I like mine a smidge sweeter. I’d definitely come back and get the scone again (or venture out and try something new) and I’d definitely try a different drink- I know I’d be able to find a favorite here!

This delightful spot in Hampden is a favorite among the Walk-In crowd. A haven of inclusiveness, they are truly a demonstration of how a local business can appeak to many communities. An LBGTQ+ owned business, they have delicious food selections, marvelous pastries, and phenomenal coffees in all styles. The inside dining room is cozy and welcoming, the patio has a covered area and an open area. There are steps up to the patio and I did not see an ADA ramp, but this reviewer with a bad hip, navigated the stairs with ease owing to the sturdy handrail. My boyfriend and I were looking for a new brunch and coffee spot, and The Common Ground Cafe was a nice surprise! Their coffee is unique and tasty. The breakfast sandwiches were good too. I ordered their SW sando and my boyfriend got the Hampden sandwich. The candied bacon on the Hampden was sooo good! They’re also known for their s’more’s cookie. I recommend the place!

Even though a small cafe, their food sets it off in a big way. The menu consists of breakfast, sandwiches, smoothies and chilled coffee drinks. My visit my party and i chose sandwiches and they did not disappoint. Their very unique sandwich names like The Elm, the Falls and the BLT was delish. Smoothies were good too!! Service was quick, and you had the choice of indoor or outdoor dining. If in the area, try them out.
