I forget how affordable cookout is, purchased 2 cheese quesadillas and a nice sweet tea. Was so good for a little snack 🥰 I ordered a separate order and altogether both orders were accurate, hot & fresh.

bro... you gotta be joking. i got home and opened the box to find "5" uncooked cheese curds. this location is usually good but this is unacceptable dude also. the sweet tea is disgusting. every time.

I had a really bad experience at this location. I was told to pull up to the window, then told to move back even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even in a bag, and the worker was rude and basically threw it through the window. On top of that, my sweet tea looked disgusting — like someone had spit in it. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional service.

This Cook Out is the most well organized one I've been to. There is a staff person directing the customers in the drive-thru to form two lines, one that goes on either side of the restaurant. The line moved impressively fast. They had the person in front of me pull over (maybe due to a large order) so that the line didn't get held up. I know some places do this but not all. Also, the store uses a small amount of space and yet accommodates two drive-thru lines. The outer line went right up to the edge of the property. There is a walk-up window, too, which I haven't seen at other stores. Way to
