I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The portion size was extremely small compared to what you normally expect, especially for the price. On top of that, I found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. I didn’t even feel comfortable finishing my meal. This needs immediate attention—customers deserve better quality, proper portions, and basic hygiene standards.

Somehow the staffs on this store are always rushing loading up the dishes on the bowl or plates. As if the line is super long. Like today, there are 3 people in line and still rushing as if they are closing up the store. When they load the dishes you pick, they just slap on the plate or bowl. Its like you're in line for food in a prison. When they rush, they make mistakes like they did today. I asked for the mixed vegies and its missing. It happens to me a couple times already. The food is pretty good no issue on that. This particular store, all their staff or employees need to be retrain well

I really enjoy the Hanford location. The staff has always been friendly. Having experienced the new Lemoore location (nothing against their staff) but the food just literally taste different! They seem to have different equipment. I prefer the other equipment from the older stores.

I’ve been to many Chipotles all over Kings County and this one by far has to be my favorite. The staff here is genuinely kind, very welcoming. My bowls never disappoint and if I were to ever have an issue they resolve it immediately.
