RAMOS was fabulous! He took my order and was prompt and considerate. I had a question about a coupon so he asked another person who was working and they figured it out and proceeded to make my order. Unfortunately, the lead or supervisor or manager, Zane, came out and BERATED Ramos in front of everyone! She asked what had happened and he explained and she literally said, "Next time open your mouth and say something!" SERIOUSLY, bish, if that was me you would never say that to anyone again. I did not want to embarrass him further so I didn't say anything but I'm planning on writing corporate
