I don't eat here very often but the few times I have the customer service and my food order have always been on point. Had 5 cars in front of me and yes it was a little bit of a wait but definitely worth it. The lady taking my order over the intercom sounded very friendly and the young man taking the money and handling my food was smiling and had no problem putting soy & sweet and sour sauce in the bag ( a few times on prior visits I got none but hey I do have stuff in the fridge at home) made it home just as the storm started and now enjoying my dinner. Their food is always really good and I come here really often. The employees always seem happy and fill my bowl to the brim. My only complaint is that one of the managers always seems to give me less food when she takes my order. Anytime it’s her, my food isn’t filled to the top. But one person won’t change my opinion on the place cause everything here is good. But please make that manager fill customers bowls all the way!!

Here is another fastfood restaurant I think is not getting a fair shake. A lot of complaints I have read were about the wait and running out of food. If you ever have visited the Harker heights location you know that the line is always long especially during peak hours. One good thing about them is that the food is always cooked fresh, so some of that wait is due to them cooking more food as it runs out. The service is always top notch and the workers are very dedicated to serving their customers. Also if you have any issues with them they tend to resolve them without hesitation. Would be 5 s

I went to order a balance protein plate, the employee looked at me as if she didn’t know what I was talking about and responding with a regular plate when asked to speak to a manager I refused. Left out placed the order online and when I get there it said my order would be ready at9:25 get there at 9:31 and the doors were locked and I was told by an employee pointing to go through the drive through when I get in the long line just to get an order that I already ordered.
