My smoothie is always made right and tastes great, and they move pretty fast even when it’s busy. It’s nice walking into a place where the vibe is positive and you’re greeted with a smile. I came into this Smoothie King and ordered two large Gladiator smoothies. Both smoothies were extremely watery and had almost no sweetness or flavor at all. I initially planned to ask for them to be remade, but after noticing how unsanitary and unclean the store looked, I honestly no longer wanted anything from there and simply asked for a refund instead. The crew members told me they could not refund me that day and said I might be able to get a refund on Thursday, even though this happened on a Tuesday. This is the slowest smooth place in Texas. Waited 20 minutes for one car in front of me and they only got a couple smoothies. Love the smoothies but I would opt for a faster smoothie king than the one in Harker Heights.
