Food was great—my chicken bowl was fresh, flavorful, and a good portion for delivery. Everything was packed well and tasted like it was made right before it went out. Only reason I’m not perfect on service is because delivery orders can be hit or miss, but the food quality was 10/10. I’d order again.

I was here yesterday for some dinner at 6 pm when I entered the place was dirty the tables and Floors were dirty and not cleaned and the garbage can was completely filled and overflowing and There was a lot of school kids hanging out there …. but I ordered my steak bowl and it was good at least then someone was riding there bike in the store to leave and I was surprised… also there was a homeless man hogging the soda machine for a long time… my experience here was bad I won’t be coming here again

This location is pretty clean, however they are not the most accurate at getting orders correct. We ordered a couple burrito bowls, and we had asked for no cheese. Unfortunately, the balls we received had cheese in them. We did order ahead on the app, otherwise we would’ve noticed it in the restaurant. Portion wise it falls right in the middle they give a good amount, but maybe not the correct items. We did not get any sautéed veggies as we had specified an extra amount of those. Overall, the quality is consistent with other locations, but the accuracy is not.

i visited a Chipotle Mexican Grill location during my break and had a very frustrating experience. the manager was rude and completely unprofessional. this is not the first issue i have had at this location. the service here is consistently poor, and the staff often seem disorganized and inattentive. on top of that, i tried to request a refund through the app and it would not even allow me to.overall, this location has been a nightmare every time i visit. i would not recommend coming here unless major improvements are made.
