You order drive through and They send you curbside and forget about you. If I wanted curbside I would’ve ordered curbside Jesus. It’s not the first time they take 20 to 30 mins to get to you in curbside. Not pulling over anymore.

Everytime we use curbside, they take 30 plus minutes to take out the food. On several occasions I either need to call or go inside. . Never fails everytime I go inside the food is just sitting there. This morning the person that was supposed to be working curbside was handing out counter orders. When I get home I find out im still missing food. This place is a joke for yhe customer experience.

Every time I come here they ALWAYS take over 40mins to get my food to curbside . I try to avoid it even though I live like 3-5 mins away just because I get home faster if I go the ones that are further from me . They also give wrong orders like 90percent of the time not always but most of the time . It’s always a gamble with this store to be honest . The only reason I have time to type this entire review is because I’ve been waiting over 30minutes for me food yet somehow the drive thru keeps flowing smoothly . It’s pretty pathetic.

Wife asked for a water cup but employee and manager told her she had to pay $2 for a cup my wife asked for a simple water cup but employees claim they don't give them out anymore meanwhile I saw an employee fill up a water with Gatorade 🤦‍♂️ worst McDonald's I've ever been to and the food was terrible and the service was as well my biggest complaint is denying someone something as simple as water shame
