The person at the main window was very rude. Ordered 2 medium sweet teas and received one drink. When I asked about 2nd drink that is when the person got rude with me, told me I had received a large drink and to give it back. I did give it back with no problem then received 2 sweet teas that wasn't full. When I asked about it, I was told that is all they had left. This place is awful with service and food.

Too bad there is not a way to get zero Stars.. food seems to be cold and old every time I go there. the customer service is just about as dry as the food.. never a thank you.. it seems as though when you order something you are interrupting them.. this is the third time I said I'm done with this McDonald's I am totally done with them this time tired of getting bad food and on top of that dry customer service.. why are your workers so angry in there thank you

Today I went to the McDonald's on E 8 Mile near Kelly , Yesterday to order the Oreo Irish shake and the five-dollar meal, while I was waiting for my food to be prepare, I saw the African-American female manager with the red top on and two tone colored hair picking with her long fake weave hair she a pulled some long strings of hair from her head, I couldn't believe she's in here messing with her hair over the food , I didn't see her wash her hands before she started back messing with the food, so I asked one of the workers who was the manager I said one with the red top on she said yes , I as

I ordered my son a happy meal and his chocolate milk was expired.. this mcdonalds sucks. Burger is all sloppy, french fries burned and chicken nuggets over cooked and then spoiled milk.... MCDONALDS you could of killed my son with that! Is anything gonna get done????
