I really enjoy this Dunkin' but today I had a really upsetting experience. I had ordered a drink that I don't usually order, and I found it on Pinterest. I had no clue the store already had the drink with a name. So when I was told this, I was okay with it. That was a mistake on my part. So now I'm waiting for the drink. Then I hear the same barista who took my order very loudly start talking extreme mess about me and the order I made, saying I was making her job harder and making things complicated. The rest of the employees are extremely nice, but this was my only negative experience.

Yall new sandwich maker like the fifth time he burnt my Croissant then I say do it lightly he catch an attitude please hire more people smh and someone who makes the food like they eating it I’m ready to go back and see this guy about it honestly I’m that pissed off
