It's a tough call when ya come from a country where 'fish n chips' is common place and epic... So...a pretty good option if ya want the taste of fish. I got two rectangle shaped fish which tasted good...soft. Didn't need salt. Chips (fries) we average...nothing special. Service was good. Clean fresh environment. Kinda expensive... Worth a visit if ya craving fish n chips and in a hurry.

The manager has a bad attitude. Digs and picks at her face while preparing the food and doesn't wear gloves like I believe servers should. Will not eat there again as long as she is employed with them. She is bad for business. Very,very, very rude. Makes a person feel foolish for spending their hard earned money at this place. Acts as if "how dare you come on my job and expect me to actually work." This place gives a different meaning to the phase dine-in, should stay home and dine in your kitchen. I drove from Louisiana because i dont have one near me and I hadn't had Captain D's in almost 20 yrs. I was straight up excited when I got my food to find out not only did my Fish and Fry meal not have a single fry in the box, my fish was sitting on a bed of CRUMBS, like so many crumbs I thought it was a bed of rice, or the fries were shoestring or something. NOPE, just fried crumbs. That really pissed me off. The food was salty, but it's fast food so i didnt care that much, but to give me a box full of crumbs, yea, i want my money back. A good, quick source for fried fish. This location has some of the best and friendliest staff that I have encountered in a fast food chain. The fish is served hot, a bit greasy but that is how it's cooked here. Hushpuppies and Cole slaw are good but fries were average. I like this chain and particularly this location. No - don't want it every day, but when I'm craving fried white fish - this is my go to place. Tip - not the place for catfish.
