I don't know what kind of workers they have work at the winter st. Dunkin's in haverhill. Someone should be fired. Literally changing my whole entire order and giving me something that I was allergic to. I ordered. I'm a md ice coffee, caramel and coconut and three creams. the store gave me a medium hazel nut 4 creams and 4 sugars. Well never come back here. Some people are allergic to hazelnut, and substituting coconut for hazelnut is not the move to go.🤬

Genuienly always get orders wrong, u ask for 4 hasbrowns u get 3, u ask for 5 u get 0. You'll ask for a vanilla drink, theyll give u a frozen chocolate drink with banana... You return and ask the guy whos making ur missing hashbrown to please not touch his personal phone with the same gloves their using to handle ur food. He then gives attitude, when your just trying to eat safely without getting sick.

The rudest worst people I have dealt with in a long time the young girl Amanda that works there is so rude I asked to use the bathroom before I purchased something and she says “well did you buy something” I said I plan on it but would like to first use the bathroom so I don’t have to bring my food into a public bathroom!! Waited 10 minutes at the empty drive through before walking in.... but they were no customers at all. None of them speak English and it took the lady 4 minutes to figure out what a "Blue Raspberry Rockstar Energy Drink" was. I lost brain cells from this experience, don't waste your time just go to the on Pleasant street
