Good food nice clean tables was good until I went into the women’s room where there was horrible stench that nearly knocked me out, on one or the toilet there’s a putrid smell where there’s green mold all over the toilet? Or something but what ever it is is disgusting and they need to get that toilet replaced immediately, the disabled toilet was fine no weird coloring or smell but the other one… so vile, But the food was good and service was great.

Food has always been passable, what do you expect it's fast food after all. Regardless, this has been an issue only at this location and I'm posting the review because this is the 4th time now. Im not sure if it's from a lack of caring or inexperienced staff, but I have asked for a BLACK iced coffee with extra espresso shots added, meaning NO CREAM, NO SUGAR, just coffee and espresso. Seems simple. I saw a discrepancy on the screen, there was no note saying anything about not adding cream or sugar, and I asked again to make sure they heard me through the speaker and confirmed my order. When I

The girl taking the orders with the cracked burgundy lips don’t know how to take an order. Gave us like all the wrong sizes. Charged us an apple juice when it’s already in the happy meal. Do yourself a favor and just go to in n out.

Came through the drive thru with a $32 order. Was shorted a burger, 2 fries and 2 drinks. I noticed the drinks before we left because that was easy. Should have checked the rest of the order but I went all the way home with 4 kids before checking. So annoying!!! I called to ask for a refund. No apology. Told me I had to come back to get the refund. Can’t do it so I lost $10. And they didn’t give a shit. From now on I’ll be sitting in the drive thru carefully checking my order before I drive away.
