The hubs grew up here, and hasn’t been in 25+ years. He said nothing has changed, except the sidewalk (won’t slip & fall when it rains now). My first time trying, and let me say, IMO, it lived up to everything he said. Very fresh and VERY delicious! Every time we come to Oakland, it will be on my list! Great quality and quantity for the price. Double cheeseburger + fries and a bacon cheeseburger + cheese fries= $36ish

Been going here for years. Nice to see that they freshened up the place. Plenty of parking, pretty easy access off the road. Great burgers, most of the time the fries are nice and hot, in fact really hot That's the way I like them . The burgers are generous for the lettuce and tomato and there are plenty of condiments. You can get sodas or shakes or both. There are other locations around the East Bay, not as many as there used to, but they're all pretty much equally good including the two that are on MacArthur boulevard, one near High Street and one near fruitvale. All in all, one of my go-to

Fast, friendly, hot, and good. Hard qualities to find. I got the single cheeseburger with grilled onion. Little to much mayo for me but it was good, fries were piping hot and there was alot of them. Top it off with a pineapple shake they was very good. Great find will be back.

My first time here and I'm am throughly surprised! It was great! I guess they had just reopened from a remodeled and it looks very clean. Only criticism is that they should get a speaker system to call out orders are ready. Burgers prices where reasonable too.
