I hate to be that guy that writes reviews. Today just irritating me so bad. All I wanted was chips and guacamole to eat with my dinner. I have this big old bag and get home and there’s no chips. This location is a mile from my house and it is so irritating. My last four orders have had something missing and it’s always something small. The chip thing has happened twice. The cilantro lime sauce has happened once the queso has happened once even though they are small sides I pay for it then if you order through DoorDash dash or something you get a refund but when you do it through Chipotle‘s app

I am absolutely infuriated right now walk in to get some chipotle order as usual my girlfriend gets a bowl rice chicken and steak with cheese and pico. The girls were perfectly fine talking in English until they started talking about pricing. Now, my family immigrated from South America, I may speak it fluently but believe me you can’t survive in the household and family gatherings without knowing the basics. I have been going to this Chipotle for the past 5 years and it has genuinely been the best Chipotle franchise I have been to. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years. The staff gave fair portions and I would even pay extra for double protein. NOW…. They rehired completely new staff. Idk if there is new management or what. They are much colder and portion sizes are cut down over 50%. If you ask for more, you’re immediately hit with that red “double chicken tab.” I will have to say my era at this chipotle is over. I was greeted by a young lady wearing a black mask. I’m not sure if she was dealing with personal issues, but she was not friendly or patient during my visit. Since I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a while, I asked a few questions about the menu. Unfortunately, she acted as though I was a nuisance and seemed irritated by my questions. Customer service should be a top priority, and her attitude made the experience very unpleasant.
