This is in reference to a visit on Saturday the 20th of june 2026. I'm not sure your store or corporate policy on music that's played in your store 4005 Lebanon Pike. During the visit music was playing that was not suitable for toddlers and babies or young children. Granted im not bias to any music but content is key. This selection had numerous foul and explicit words being played in the presence of children . It took in influx of preons coming before they decided oops we better turn this off. I've been in this location on a couple of occasions for takeout. The food it totally fine, and my orders have been correct. The problem is the service. When I walk in, no one says hello, or says anything for that matter. No one behind the counter even makes eye contact. They're usually preparing back there, and there's nothing wrong with being busy, but acknowledge a customer when they come in. I'll gladly take a "we'll be right with you" over being totally ignored. Once I finally get someone's attention it usually turns out my order was sitting there on the counter the whole time, which is fr
