I did a Mobile order I went to pick it up, while the bagels were alright, they weren’t toasted they were just pretty much warmed and the avocado wasn’t quite ripe so it was a little hard , but I can look past that. I was upset because I went in to pick up my order there were 4 staff members up front two were working on orders with their back to me but they we're working orders and another who I believe was possibly a new hire training along with someone who looked like a manager, but the new hire and manager were organizing how their station should be set up, and having their own conversatio

First off, I love the people that work there, they're so so sweet always. Second, I come here a few times in a while when I haven't had breakfast and have the time. I have no complaints about my last times, but this bagel I had today was literally the best bagel I've had. I get the same thing every time but this time they made it like I've never had it. Haven't been in a while so idk if this is a new permanent change to make them that delicious but God I loved that bagel. 10000/10 ‼️

I'm very happy that this Einstein location opened up. The staff and manager seemed friendly and were great. I ordered 3 bagels for National Bagel Day. 2 of them were great and just as you'd expect from Einstein. One of them however seemed like the recipe was really off. Dry, dense, stale, old, and even after being toasted, was still cold? It was really confusing. I've never had a bagel like that from Einstein. I will definitely give them a shot again though and either rate up or down depending on how it goes. Still so stoked to have a closer Einstein location.
