I got 2 cookout trays, one with a double order of cheese bites. There were 9 cheese bites in my order. 9. That is one order. My bf got an order of cheese bites and a bacon wrap. He got 7. So you're telling me a double order is 9 but a single order is 7? And I also got 2 corn dogs. They were nearly burnt. But you can bet all of this was close to $25. What a rip off.

I enjoyed this location. While in town for a basketball tournament we needed Fast Fuel and we love Cookout! The Out West & Cheddar Style Double burgers were delicious. Charbroiled and just like we Iike them. My cheese bites and Cheesecake were also delicious. Excellent customer service. We had it again for lunch today and the grilled chicken breast club style was delicious! Hush puppies excellent !

I came around 12:00 Monday 11th,26. I understand they was alittle busy. Normally I don’t complain but this time I am. I ordered a jr tray. Cheeseburger ( burger patty was over cooked to the point of every bite was crunchy) Then I got the cheese bites. They were lukewarm, and the majority of them were so small. They did not even have cheese in them. Then I got a milkshake. The milkshake is supposed to be pineapple with walnut. I got home. It’s Oreo. I absolutely hate Oreo. My 12m said it best "They couldn't have done anything worse" It wasn't good. I'm sorry. I hate leaving a bad review but I don't think I will ever visit a Cookout again. There wasn't an item that wasn't burnt or soggy or just bad tasting. If there was a contest for the worst fast food burger, this one wins. It was like my Uncle Dave got drunk and decided to grill again, at midnight, with a torch. Two cardboard burnt patties on a dry bun with a squirt of taco sauce? Yuck.
