So I ordered a meal. See the receipt. The burger was dry, the bun was cold and although I ordered the burger with grilled onions, there was about two grilled onions, see receipt. The cheese wasn't melted as a matter of fact. It tasted a little old. Please see picture. Update. Someone from their corporate office reached out to me and wanted to make my experience better so. One things for sure it didn't take twenty four hours for them to respond to this review. They are very interested in making your dinning experience a pleasure.

There is good reason why this chain is the best burger joint around this area! The limited time burgers that come out every few months are always astonishingly good. The interior is super nice remodeled and very clean. At times the lines are long trying to order the food, but a little known fact you can try. You can immediately go to your table and order online and pay from your phone using the QR code card at your table and get your food sent directly to you. Major let down. Very slow. Over 10 minutes for the order pictured. The double lane waiting period for the drive thru was also fun. And....$13.33 for 4 tenders pictured, fries and a soda is a rip off. I should have gone to Chick-fil-A and will next time. Was going to order ice cream but was not going to wait another 10 minutes being I was traveling on I40.

This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of
