Not sure what would possess anyone to do this. Manager is in store by theirselves with 4-5 new people starting their first days TODAY. Burger is cold and honestly terrible, chicken nuggets look like they need to be in another minute longer and just the wait time is incredibly long. If you’re going to hire new people to start you need to have seasoned employees as well. Customers were inside telling employees how to do their job because nothing was getting done.

Actually one of the worst fast food experiences i’ve had. Incredibly rude service and bickered/scoffed at me when I told them I got the wrong order, only for them to give me a band aid solution. I ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant and they gave me a honey butter biscuit with no bacon, as a parting gift I got two unheated croissant buns. Thanks, i’ll never eat here again.

Waiting at drive thru for 20 mins just to be talked too. Was a 2 star came back a few weeks later and took another 20 mins to be talked to. Shouldn't be open if they cant handle 2 cars at once. Updated: got to sausage burritos one on friday and one on saturday. The photos are from different days and both look terrible.

The manager with reddish hair was openly cussing, demeaning and belittling her subordinates so loud that my 6 year old and wife could hear her from across the store. She would also cuss about customers orders and complain that they were busy. The other employees had a look on their faces that showed that this was not an isolated event. None of the employees looked happy or like they wanted to be there. This is by far the worst experience that I or my family have ever had and a fast food/restaurant.
