Noodumpling in Hicksville is an absolute gem! I stopped in recently and was blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was. The dumplings are some of the best I’ve had—juicy, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. The staff was super friendly and patient when explaining the menu, and the food came out quickly even though the place was busy. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the whole restaurant feels clean and welcoming. If you love authentic noodles and dumplings, this place needs to be on your list. I’m already planning my next visit! 🍜🥟

Second time here, but this time ordered something different, and every dish was a 10 out of 10 like last time! Don't sleep on their drinks too! We've had the milk tea, grape lychee, mango tea and passion fruit, all were amazing and the fruit teas were refreshing, especially the grape lychee! Already counting the days on the next time we can come back!
