June 5th, There system was down and my boyfriend had placed an order on the app.. It had went through and somehow an employee said they’d wouldn’t be able to help them cause the system was down… Now I know I work in a cvs pharmacy and when a system shuts down we always have ways to work around… this is crazy. instead yall stay open and can’t sale anything… so its just wasted gas. wasted time. wasted money. My stay here was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had no problems at all. Everything was set up nicely, and the environment was quiet. There are plenty of nearby activities and places to explore, which added to the experience. I felt safe during my stay, and the area was easy to walk around. Overall, I’m satisfied with my visit.

Customer service is crazy, I go to drive thru don’t even ask if I’m using mobile app and don’t even say hi/hello then go to the window where I’m gonna pay the cashier drinking her drink while on the phone and let me wait for 5mins to pay my food, go to the the 3rd window wait another 5mins cause the lady be talking to someone else while she’s holding my bag of food that ready don’t say hi/hello or what it’s just so rude and then she gave me my food and forgot to give me my drink and not paying attention that I’m still at the window waiting for her to look at the window she open the window and

THE BEST MCDONALDS This is the only McDonalds I have ever been compelled to review. I was there today and forgot to get a receipt so I’m recommending them here. This is by far my favorite McDonalds because every time I go I see the manager and the team doing their best and going above and beyond. Today, Trinity at the pickup window gave me a huge genuine smile and carefully checked my order. I’ve been here at least 40 times maybe more, it’s hard to say but my mom’s lived at Deep River Villas around the corner for ten+ years.
