The service at this Panera Bread is impeccable! The manager, Chase, went out of his way to give my best friend and I a wonderful experience. He noticed that we were celebrating a birthday and offered us a free pastry. He listed all the choices and offered to warm it for us, too! Chase went out of his way to offer Sam and I a special experience.

Will NEVER get my business again! First I attempted to order a blueberry bagel and despite all the abundance amount of blueberry bagels on the rack behind them they didn’t want to sell it to me because they were saving it for a future order. Then I went through the drive thru and after waiting 25 minutes in line, at first they wouldn’t accept my gift card. Telling me my gift card didn’t have money on it and was trying to keep it. Ordered at 12:49 PM for two bread bowls with broccoli cheddar soup and a Caesar salad, with an estimated pickup time of 1:02 PM. My daughter went to pick it up and sat in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes without it moving at all. At 1:05 PM, I got an email saying the order was running late, but she had already been waiting. She went inside to check, and at 1:14 PM I received another email saying the order was ready, but it was not. I love this location because it is right by my house, and I can have my food delivered, but as of late, I am always missing something. This morning it was my drink. I couldn't go get it today due to car being in the shop but this is starting to be a pattern and I am tired. I did receive a credit back on my debit card, but come on now.
