Out of 10 mozzarella sticks only 3 were somewhat edible.. Overcooked and empty because the cheese cane out in the fryer. Was really looking forward to these but won't order again. Bacon double smashed jack was as satisfying as always though

I ordered a medium season curly fry and the two Tacos with a ranch for each one. I’ve been eating these Tacos like this. Since I was in college. It has been over 20 years. They want to charge me $.50 each for each one I told him to keep the Tacos and just give me the order of fries. Can you believe they gave me a order of ice cold fries. I go when I ask. I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Jack in the Box. Our order was incorrect in several ways, which made what should have been a simple meal extremely frustrating. First, we did not receive the correct drinks. The drinks we were given did not match what we ordered, and this is a basic part of any fast-food order that should be easy to get right. Additionally, we specifically requested buffalo sauce, but no sauce was included at all.
