My wife and I recently stopped by Panera Bread in Highlands Ranch, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The menu offers a solid variety of options, and we both decided to go with the popular Pick-Two combination, which turned out to be a great choice. I ordered the Spicy Steak Bagel Stack along with the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. The portions were surprisingly large for a fast-casual restaurant, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I ordered the new steak salad and had it delivered. It was amazing great flavor and the Herb dressing was a fantastic touch great combination with a corn, broccoli and sweet potatoes and tender pieces of steak. I will definitely get this again.

had a really disappointing experience at this Panera. The restaurant itself felt very unclean. The booth area had visible smears and grime, and the restroom was honestly disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned or checked in a while. The food didn’t help either — the grilled cheese was poorly made with barely melted cheese, and the overall meal felt rushed and low quality. The bread roll ended up being the best part of the meal. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially in a restaurant. This location seriously needs better upkeep

The sign said cash only, but the kiosk was working, so I placed my order there. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged me the entire time. My lunch sat on the counter for quite a while before I finally went up to ask if it was mine—only to be met with an annoyed look. As I walked away, I overheard the same employee complaining that she needed a day off. Panera used to feel so warm and welcoming, but this visit felt the opposite—almost like stepping into the twilight zone.
