Tiger Den Boba Tea is hands down one of the best boba tea spots in Highlands Ranch, but what really made the experience stand out was the customer service. The staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, patient, and helpful from the moment we walked in. They took time to answer questions, made great recommendations, and made us feel appreciated as customers, they very clearly take pride in their work. The drinks were amazing too. I think their customer service is always top notch. Ex, Accidentally forgot to adjust sweetness for a drink & they remade for me Boba 9/10 good texture and tea always good. Tried some food recently here too and its solid. I like their “Hot” & Sour soup, pretty good just not spicy at all imo.

I had really high hopes for this place. I actually did my research beforehand and saw several Instagram reels, which made me really excited to try it. I even told my mom about it, and she drove all the way from Aurora to come check it out with me because we both love tea, unique drinks, and fun food experiences.
