Yesterday May 7th, around 2:50–3:00 PM, I visited McDonald’s and interacted with an employee named Mary. I requested a drink refill. Mary responded by mentioning ordering or waiting. I explained I had just come from a previous order and was requesting a drink again. She raised her voice and said, “We don’t do that,” and the interaction became tense. I found her tone dismissive and unprofessional, and she did not appear to fully listen. The exchange felt uncomfortable due to her loud and escalated communication. Staff is rude and slow. I deliver food from here and they ignore us completely. We are an extension of your customers! They have a right to get their food in a timely manner. I was in there today picking up and order. I waited 12 min to even be acknowledged including the manager!

First of all the bathroom was locked and I had to ask someone to open it. No one was up front. Another costume had to flag them down from the back. He asked for sauce and they responded that it cost extra, which is ridiculous. When they finally opened the bathroom, the toilet was a mess. The seat was covered in pee! I know that’s not their fault, but it is their responsibility to make sure the bathroom is clean. Went to order the local breakfast deluxe and the place didn't have rice. Turns out, they ran out of rice, while selling multiple orders to multiple people, and filled up all their waiting stalls. So, while I'm stuck at the drive thru pick up window(the last window), they asked me if I wanted to substitute rice for hashbrowns saying it'd take 10mins. I asked for rice since I didn't mind waiting. They go back to the manager and responded by telling me that it'd take a really long time.
