Another Gem hidden downtown Hilo behind that pineapple tourist trap... This place has absolutely amazing food. I ordered the Tofu green curry. It comes with a side of rice. The size of the fresh veggies in this meal were very large. The curry was good. I would highly recommend anyone to find this spot and go there asap.

Finally tried this great local Thai place right behind garden exchange. First off, pride of ownership is obvious once you step inside. Great friendly service, good size menu, good portions, and the place is very clean, even the bathrooms around back. We got the seafood fried rice, the coconut shrimp appetizer and the panang curry beef. Everything was delicious.

The fried rice was a bit bland, while the curry—ordered medium—came out noticeably spicier than expected. The spring rolls were a highlight, but the brown rice was slightly undercooked. Overall, it’s an okay spot, but not particularly memorable.
