I wish yall could figure out the drive thru situation. Not being able to hand out anything at the window, just for people to pull around for no spaces left, then to wait only to get cold soggy food… it’s disappointing. Not even ordering anything complicated cheeseburgers and nuggets should not require a pull around I’m sorry. The workers handing out the food were nice and doing their best, but it’s unorganized and sloppy.

There are about 9-11 cars pulled up at the front of the restaurant waiting and, while 4-6 cars pulled up is “normal” for this store (and the fried will still be undercooked and cold when they come to you after all the ice in your drinks has melted while waiting on your food), tonight is beyond anything I’ve seen here. This store needs a new manager. The other McDonalds in town seems to operate about 10x better with more business. Edit to add: Adayyah is a terrible manager. I was told to park in “Curbside 2,” watched my food get served off - everyone had an attitude. I asked the manager for he

Walked in and the floor was so sticky the floor almost took my shoes. Even the screen to order was sticky. The smell inside was horrible. Don’t even know to explain how bad. I instantly regretted walking in. There is no way a Health Inspector has ever walked and actually did their job. I walked out so I wouldn’t catch something. If the front of the store is that bad, I can only imagine how horrible it is in the back.
