Left my first waffle house experience with a smile because the food was great & customer service was great. Correct me if I’m wrong, but Ms.Adaijah made my experience great. I totally didn’t even notice my plate missing anything and she corrected it before I even noticed it, it goes to show how much she cares about her job. Her attention to detail was amazing and she was I believe training someone and she showed so much patience. Love that! Watched the workers worked as a team as well.

We visited Waffle House for the first time. It was a Sunday evening, and the place looked moderately busy. Our server was JJ—if I remember correctly—and she was one of the kindest servers I’ve ever met in the States. She seemed to truly enjoy her job and was incredibly friendly and attentive. My husband and I both ordered the All-Star Special, and it was the right choice. The eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, and the blueberry waffle was especially good. We’ll be back soon! I always go to this Waffle House and never had an issue before but today was some bs…I was waiting behind a customer to order when he got done it was my turn to order but another young lady comes up to the register and starts checking people out . I even said like hold up I’m next and she continued to check out 3 more customers. I called for a manager they sent out 1 in training then a district manager comes out of the back and she is like the number for corporate is on the door over there somewhere…complete lack of professionalism. I’ve been to this Waffle House twice now and both times were disappointed. The first time only one person was taking orders and we were sitting waiting to get our orders taken for our drinks for about 20 minutes and the worker didn’t serve people in the order they came in so my husband and I who were the second in where the last ones to be able to order our food and drinks. The second time I went in with co-workers and the waiter just stood there without asking for our order or saying anything.
