I came today to get food for my mother. I live 7 minutes away once I got home her food was cold and clearly not fresh. The brisket sandwich had been sitting out so long the cheese was turned up on the ends and a different color, the fries greasy & cold. To top it off the young lady at the window seemed to want to be doing anything else except serving me. I was extremely disappointed, you always feel that a newer restaurant won't become bad business as usual like older franchises.

went tonight and got couple Arby's roast beef and potatoe cakes, the lady at window walks away while I'm still talking. she comes back and I asked for extra Arby's sauce, no hoarsy sauce she gives me 2. so I ask her again if I can get 2 extra she says I can't. I told her I would pay for them and she says no we are having a shortage? Seriously. how are you going sell roast beef sandwiches with no sauce, I would not have gotten them. It would have been nice if she wasn't so rude on top of it.

I don't like giving low ratings but I can't give it a higher rating either for the following reasons. I had ordered 2 regular toast beef sandwiches, a large coke and a apple turnover. After I got my food and on my way to work, I unwrap my 1st sandwich and what do I get, a cold sandwich. I ate it because I was hungry. I unwrap my 2nd sandwich and what do I get, another cold sandwich. I could only eat half, that's hiw cold it was. I take my turnover and as soon as I bite I to it, I spit it back out. Why? While eating in the dark, I noticed that my burger tasted unusual. To my disgust and horror, when I turned on the lights, I discovered that the meat was not cooked thoroughly. This was both unpleasant and unsafe to consume. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for my order. Please let me know the next steps to process this.
