How far have we come? I am blessed to have the privilege to spend money to purchase a coffee when I don't have time to make my work breakfast. Honestly, I don't drink coffee often, but one day, I had a desire for coffee, so I stopped here. I dislike hot coffee and don't enjoy a cup that's 45% ice, so I ordered an iced coffee and asked for "no ice." The lady who took my order was very kind. However, whomever was making my coffee was extremely and unnecessarily rude to me because I asked for no ice. She correctly assumed that i wanted a full cup of coffee. The lady taking our order in the drive thru as soon as we pulled up said “what do you want” rushed us and we didn’t get to finish. Get to the window and what looked like owner, didn’t apologize. The lady in the glasses who looked ran through said I kept asking them what they wanted but she cashed out the order without asking if we were done. She kept running her mouth while we were paying when the window was open. Lady, if you don’t want to work then don’t.

The drive through now requires you to see the menu through an app! The screen only shows you like 6 of the seasonal drinks Freaking ridiculous I couldn’t remember off the top of my head what food items they have, cause we don’t go out to eat often, and my phone was dead so no access to the menu. So stupid! The screen is there for a reason show me what you got!
