I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this pub. After waiting a long time for our food, the waitress first told us our order hadn’t made it to the kitchen before it closed. A few minutes later, she brought the food but explained that it was cold because the kitchen hadn’t told her it was ready. We tried it anyway, and it was indeed cold. My friend got up, returned the food, and asked to be reheated. A few minutes later, the owner came rushing over, yelling that we had to leave. Hands down the best local spot in Hoboken. If you’re looking for a proper pint, this is it, easily the best draft Guinness in the area. The atmosphere is exactly what a neighborhood pub should be, but what really sets it apart is the staff. The bartenders are top-tier, friendly, fun, and always on point. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick one or settling in for the night, you can’t beat the vibe here. Highly recommend!
