I visited this restaurant to try their kimchi fried rice. I pointed it out on the menu and asked to add chicken. However, they brought chicken fried rice(no or less salt). When I asked if it was kimchi fried rice, they claimed they had repeated the order and I hadn’t noticed the mistake. Chicken fried rice wasn’t listed on the menu, but I still don’t understand why they took my order, even after I pointed it out kimchi fried rice. I also ordered boneless chicken, which was flavorful and came in a generous portion. I tried the galbi and Gangnam flavors, both of which were sweeter than expected

We came on a Monday evening around 8 pm — no wait, and the place was pretty quiet except for one group of young adults at another table. The restaurant was clean with a casual vibe and good background music. We ordered 8 pcs of boneless Honey Garlic and 8 pcs of boneless Spicy Galbi, plus the Kimchi Fried Rice, Rose Ddeok-Bokki, and two bottles of Cass beer. Our total was about $83. Normally this place is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend. However, I just got an 8 piece delivered to me and there was no breading on the chicken. Soooo that’s a first. I wouldn’t be even that upset if it wasn’t for the fact that when I asked for a refund I only got money back for the exact price of the chicken. No taxes, no delivery fee. Not the kind of customer service I like. Every other time I’ve eaten here, service and food is fantastic. Just disappointed this time. Actually this just happened a 2nd time and they are trying to tell me that this is how they are supposed to look. D
