This place is truly a hidden gem! The Kow Soi was absolutely amazing rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I will say I wouldn’t recommend the beef stew with it, as the beef was a bit tough, but everything else on the plate was so delicious it more than made up for it. We also ordered the fried wings, and those are an absolute must-have crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I went to Fav Bistro to get some dinner with my brother and dad, we had an absolutely awesome time. The food is always delicious, and the service was excellent. We all had a chance to catch up and talk, there was a family with about 10 kids, but as to be expected a day before a holiday. We still enjoyed our meal and quality time together!! In my opinion, this is hands down some of the best thai food in Salt Lake!!!

I absolutely adored this restaurant. I’m in town for the Kilby music festival and I stopped here after the airport. The food itself is incredible, great flavor and many options. The decor is very nice, super gentle and cozy vibe. The service was great as well, our waitress was very kind. Overall it was a great experience and I’d totally come here again if I visit SLC in the future. P.S. try the on tap Kombucha! It had a very nice subtle flavor without being overly fermented or vinegary.

Wonderful place to eat. The server Lin was skilled; fast, attentive, knowledgable, and kind. The Pineapple Fried Rice was very comforting and fun to eat since it comes inside a large pineapple. Reminded me of my mother's cooking back home. Loved the hot sauce (highly recommended) and to top it all off the Kombucha was homemade and natural! Some or the best I've had in Salt Lake. Doesn't taste like fake soda from the supermarket. I recommend skipping the ice for better health benefits. Also love the dark and chill vibe inside. Will be coming back. 🙏
