We are regulars to this location. They don't have the drink machines available for self service customer refills. Apparently for our convenience ? Then there isnt anyone manning the front counters to grab your cup to refill it either. Probably for our convenience again. That's what McDonald's states anyway. The food came out hot and correct. Although we had to guess which order was ours since the kiosks never have paper to print out our order numbers. McDonald's has really lost sight of who their customer is and what they want. No thank you, we'll go elsewhere where things are convenient for

Normally the workers are happy to come and drop off the food to the table. But there is a manager that doesn’t take the food to the table. She just shouts the number. Also, they take forever to attend the customer when trying to get a beverage refill. Sometimes we just leave with the food in our throats.

I have ordered the big breakfast with steak 6 times now via online order and curbside pickup through the app, and yall have messed up that order 6 times now. Yall keep giving me sausage instead of steak, which I pay more for. Why? Do you just not care? It seems more personal at this point, like you see its my order coming through and diligently ensure that my order is incorrect. Its beyond ridiculous. 6 times in a row yall have messed it up. Any accountability at all? Any? Any pride in your work? Any at all?

Food here's usually pretty good, orders are usually pretty accurate. However, this happens to me every single time I go here, and honestly I'm tired of it. When I order a large fry, I end up getting a large fry container, but only ¼ to ½ full. If you're going to force me to pay $4 for a large fry, I would like to actually get a large fry! Not a medium fry in a large container, but an actual large fry! I remember large fries being $69 cents, and the container was so full you couldn't fit another fry in it! Now we get small to medium fries in large containers for $4.00. Can someone please train
