The food here was absolutely fantastic! I took a chance on the new Sweet Heat Beef Brisket and thoroughly enjoyed it. People knock Arby's but it's honestly the best fast food around. And big shout out to the manager Wendy who helped us, she was very patient and positive. Wonderful experience.

Sometimes you're just having a rough day and then a random person does something and turns it all around.....that is what happened to me tonight. And that person was Emily at the James St. Arby's. Her customer service was beyond great and she was probably the most pleasant and punctual human I've encountered in months (outside of friends and family). The rest of the staff is great as well. I highly recommend this location for the service and accuracy.

Absolutely LOVE the chicken wrap here. It reminds me of the old McDonalds snack wrap and the arbys wrap is just so much better than the current McDonalds wrap. Aria is always so kind and the employees definitely deserve a raise!
