I’ve been a customer for about eight years now. It’s really sad to see what this business has turned into. Last night, I wanted to order some food right before from going home early morning. It was around 3 am, the drive thru line was empty. Nobody took my order besides me waiting in line for about 10 minutes. Right before leaving , I was greeted by a team member who appeared to be a young woman, as I got to the window I realized he was a transgender man, he informed me that he was working by himself and another team member. And that they were so busy with other orders so they weren’t serving

I had a very disappointing experience at this location of Jack in the Box. I came in and urgently needed to use the restroom due to a medical condition (diabetes). I politely explained the situation and asked for access, and was told I could not use the restroom unless I made a purchase first. I understand store policies, but in urgent situations and with medical needs, there should be basic human consideration. The refusal felt unhelpful and disrespectful given the circumstances. I ended up having to leave without being helped. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled
