I'm waiting 10 minutes for an order I placed online. Uber price went up. Was not acknowledged, I had to speak up. Then didn't follow order notes. I can't even eat this food due to allergies. Then I can't get a human on the chat. I'm so upset. I want my refund. Never again.

Well I went through and placed my order and sensed an additude from cashier, just because last minute after saying that "that will complete my order" I decided on onion rings. Well I asked for easy on the ice. Sure enough I received regular amount of ice. One more thing I found a hair about 4 inches long in ny whopper "disgusting". Just thought I might let everyone know my experience there.

This location is lacking leadership. There was no ice even though several people asked. Some of the soda machine icons were just delivering a sort of lemony water instead of the desired product. Even though they had a good number of patrons inside and at the drive thru the food was cold. Onion rings and sandwich. Service very slow.

I usually come to this BK since is 3 minutes away from home, they have me waiting for 20 minutes by the drive-thru every time that I come to this BK I don know if they don’t have enough personnel , and the personnel working there is soooo rude .. once I was so mad because of the long wait and the guy through the window was asking me to go to the front and inciting me to fight , absolutely horrible experience. I hardly do reviews here and I’m doing it just for you to avoid this location.
