The lady that works at this location at the window in the mornings has a disgusting attitude, is very disrespectful, and UNPROFESSIONAL. Been there multiple times and she hasn’t changed one bit. She didn’t have to get smart and annoyed while taking orders and for what ever reason give her the right to drop my order inside my vehicle before I can even grab it from her hands….Literally had to catch my order before it hit my lap. That’s ridiculous and so uncalled for, went through all of that nonsense just for my iced coffee to taste bad and be done poorly and my order be incorrect. I would uplo

Been to this one a dozen times. They short me on my coffee almost every time (only filled up maybe 75% at best). Today I asked the lady politely if she could fill it up the rest of the way, and she looked at me like I asked for her first born child lol. She didn't argue but handed it to me like I said something offensive after filling it up. I don't think getting a full cup when I pay $5 for a coffee is too much to ask.

The lady was very rude and disrespectful. You could tell she hates her job for sure. As she handed the order out we ask for napkins and you would have thought we ask for the hardest thing to make. And I told her thank you have a blessed day and I got nothing at all but a look. She needs a paper smile. Don’t recommend bad customer service. I’m a server and I would never treat a customer so rude.
